Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. We only do long term contracts to save you money.
Start with month-to-month. Cancel anytime. But once you have decided we are your long-term software solution, sign up for a long term agreement to save money. ❤️ Contact us to learn more!
Can I import an existing talent database?
Yes – as long as you have easy access to the data, we can import existing databases or you can start from scratch. It’s up to you, but we are here to help you make that decision.
Your database will be private and only visible to your agency.
Will other companies see my talent?
No - By default, you will only see your talent and your talent will only see your jobs.
Talent users can have one profile across multiple agencies if they know of another company using PopBookings - at that time can join as a Recruit if they would like. However, if a talent user is registered only with your company, they will only see your company’s jobs. Furthermore, they will not see the option to join Recruit to see more jobs.
What kind of support will I get?
We take a consultative approach to setting up new clients. We will walk through your needs and set up your account with recommended workflows that we have seen work for other companies but tailor it to your needs.
Ongoing support includes a chatbot system for submitting non-urgent tickets. You will also have the option to hop on a call with a representative anytime through your dashboard.
We also offer tech support for your talent users so you don't have to do that.

What is "Posted Payroll?"
"Posted Payroll" means the total amount of payroll when you post a job to the platform. For example, if you post a job that pays 3 people $100 each to work, that would be $300 in posted payroll.
What is the "Credits" included?
Credits are used when you send job invites, bookings confirmations, send chat messages, etc.
We include a generous amount of credits in all of our plans to accommodate your booking volume in each pricing tier, but in case you need more, you can purchase more as needed. Overages are usually rare for most of our clients.
How many users can I have?
Unlimited! We do not limit on the amount of users you can have on your account.
Need to staff up on admins to help schedule and book talent? Add or subtract them and it will not effect your monthly price.
Add as many talent users you desire to your database and we will not increase your price. Your talent database is your asset. You should feel good about growing it and not worry about increased costs to do so.
