Launching a new team or joining one for the first time?

The most productive, quickest way to understand how PopBookings can work for you is to use it with others. It’s not as much fun (or as effective) trying it out on your own. Here are just a few short things anyone trying PopBookings for the first time can explore.

  • Sign up
    If you’re creating a team, invite the staff you work with most, and get started together. If you’ve been invited to join an agency, sign up using your email and phone number, and set up your profile.
  • Download the apps
    Get everyone on your team to download the mobile apps. PopBookings is primarily for the desktop browser, but apps will give it a better experience all around.
  • Chat with your team
    The majority of team communication is organized into group chat, and one-on-one messaging. You’ll start with one-on-one messaging, and from there, group chats will spawn as events are created.
  • Get to booking!
    Building an event, send out some invites, and start getting responses from your talent instantly. Drag and drop them into a shift once you are ready to book them. When your event is over, you can pay your staff all in the event dashboard.
  • Explore your database
    Approve profiles, see who you have in different states, and filter based on a myriad of attributes. The full picture of who you are working with is all here. Your whole database and it’s all in your hands.
