Can I use both products?
Yes! In fact, most of our agency clients will use both products. If you want to build and book within your own talent database, use our agency software tools. Then post jobs to Recruit as needed for those harder-to-book jobs. Try Recruit for Free!
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No.
We only do long term contracts to save you money.
For Recruit, we do long term contracts if you want a lower service fee rate on the transactions, as low as 7%!
For the Agency Software, signing a longer term contract allows you to save money once you have decided we are your long-term software solution. ❤️ Contact us to learn more!
What kind of support will I get?
All users get email support with same-day responses. (Yes, that includes your talent users so you aren’t turning into tech support…Woo!)
For our agency software, your company will be assigned to a product expert. We will do a series of calls to help you get started and implement the software within your team. This will speed up your ability to take full advantage of all of our powerful tools.

Do my talent need to download the app?
No – your talent will not need to download the mobile app in order to use our software. They can apply to jobs, see their bookings, manage their profiles, message, etc. on our website version of our app.
We got feedback from our clients that they don’t want to force a mobile app download for talent looking to work with them. That would be a potential hurdle to getting talent onboarded. We want to make sure all of your talent can use the app no matter what their level of experience is!
However, the mobile experience will provide them a better experience for more instant chat, check-in, etc.
Can I import an existing talent database?
Yes – as long as you have easy access to the data, we can import existing databases or you can start from scratch. It’s up to you, but we are here to help you make that decision.
If you use our agency software, your database will be private and only visible to your agency.
Will my talent be visible to other companies?
No – not every talent user on PopBookings is a Recruit talent user visible to all companies. By default, you will only see your talent and talent will only see your jobs.
Talent users can have one profile across multiple agencies and at that time can join as a Recruit if they would like. However, if a talent user is registered with one agency, they will only see that one agency’s jobs. They will not have the option to join Recruit.
What is the "service fee" for Recruit?
The service fee is based off the pay rate you post to the Recruitment marketplace to find new talent. For example: if you are going to pay talent $100 for a booking, you would pay $100+ our service fee of 11%, which would be $111 for that booking.
